RECERTIFICATION – Standard First Aid (SFA) + CPR-C/AED (Blended Learning) [OFA 1 Equivalent]


Blended Learning (Two Paces Available): Fast Pace (4 hours online + 4 hours in-class) & Slow Pace (4 hours online + 7.5 hours in-class). Online component must be completed before the in-class portion.

Vida First Aid is NOT responsible for students that are unable to keep up with the fast pace. Please note that the fast pace course covers 13 chapters in 4 hours without a break.

Comprehensive one-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
