RECERTIFICATION – Emergency First Aid (EFA) + CPR-C/AED (Blended Learning) [OFA 1 Equivalent]


Blended Learning (Two Paces Available): Fast Pace (online + 3.5 hours in-class) & Slow Pace (online + 4.5 hours in-class). Online component must be completed before the in-class portion.

Vida First Aid is NOT responsible for students that are unable to keep up with the fast pace. Please note that the fast pace course covers 8 chapters in 3.5 hours without a break.

Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
