Enrolment Policy

General Information: Vida First Aid holds complete right to enforce the Enrolment Policy. Please read the enrolment policy carefully and thoroughly before registering. Vida First Aid will not tolerate any offensive and aggressive behaviour towards our administration team.

Cancellation: Students wishing to withdraw from a course must submit a written notice via email (info@vidafirstaid.com) at least seven (7) days before the course begins to be eligible for a full refund. Vida First Aid cannot offer refunds for cancellations received less than seven days before a course begins.

Reschedule: Students wishing to reschedule from a course must submit a written notice via email (info@vidafirstaid.com) at least five (5) days before the course begins to be eligible for a reschedule. Vida First Aid cannot offer reschedules received less than five days before a course begins.

Late Students: Students arriving more than 20 minutes late to their class will be sent home and no refunds will be provided. Vida First Aid suggests students arrive 20 minutes before the class start time. 

Blended Learning: Students arriving with an incomplete online component will be sent home and no refunds will be provided. 

Prerequisites: Students must submit their prerequisites via email (info@vidafirstaid.com) within 48 hours of the registrations.

Promotions: Vida First Aid cannot offer refunds for registrations made with a promotion. Regular reschedule policy applies.

Group Sessions: Vida First Aid cannot offer refunds, cancellation or reschedule for confirmed group session registrations. 

Illness: Students that are ill on the day of the course must submit a written notice along with a doctor’s note via email (info@vidafirstaid.com). Reschedule will be granted if all prerequisites for the in-class course are met. Prerequisites include the completion of the online component of the Blended Learning courses.
