Enrolment Policy

General Information: Vida First Aid has the full authority to enforce this Enrolment Policy. Please carefully review before registering. We do not tolerate any offensive or aggressive behaviour toward our administration team.

Cancellation: To receive a full refund, students must email (info@vidafirstaid.com) a written notice at least seven (7) days before the course starts. No refunds for cancellations within seven days of the course start date.

Reschedule: To reschedule a course, email (info@vidafirstaid.com) at least five (5) days before the course starts. No rescheduling within five days of the course start date.

Late Students: Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in dismissal without refund. Please arrive 15 minutes before class.

Blended Learning: Incomplete online components result in dismissal without refund.

Prerequisites: Submit prerequisites via email (info@vidafirstaid.com) within 48 hours of registration.

Promotions: No refunds for promotional registrations. Regular reschedule policy applies.

Group Sessions: No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling for confirmed group sessions.

Illness: If ill on the course day, email a notice with a doctor’s note for possible rescheduling, provided all prerequisites are met, including completing the online portion for Blended Learning courses.
