Enrolment Policy (Refunds & Rescheduling)

1) General Information

Vida First Aid Training (“Vida First Aid”) has full authority to administer and enforce this Enrolment Policy. Students must communicate respectfully with our administration team. Offensive, aggressive, or abusive behaviour may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund.

All requests under this policy must be submitted by email to: info@vidafirstaid.com


2) Cancellations and Refunds

Full Refund Eligibility (7-Day Rule)
To receive a full refund, students must email a written cancellation notice at least seven (7) full days before the course start date/time.

No Refund (Within 7 Days)
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received within seven (7) days of the course start date/time, including (but not limited to) illness, work conflicts, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or personal emergencies.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.


3) Rescheduling (Transfers)

Reschedule Eligibility (5-Day Rule)
To request a reschedule, students must email us at least five (5) full days before the course start date/time.

No Rescheduling (Within 5 Days)
No rescheduling requests will be accepted within five (5) days of the course start date/time.

Seat Availability
All reschedules are subject to course availability and seat capacity.

Reschedule Limit (1)

One (1) complimentary reschedule may be granted if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled in-class session.


4) Late Arrival

Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be dismissed and will not receive a refund or reschedule.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.


5) Blended Learning (Online + In-Class)

For Blended Learning courses, students must complete the online component prior to attending the in-class session.
Students who have not completed the online component will be dismissed and will not receive a refund or reschedule.


6) Prerequisites

When prerequisites apply, students must submit required prerequisite documentation to info@vidafirstaid.com within 48 hours of registration.


7) Promotions / Discounted Registrations

All promotional registrations are final sale and non-refundable.
The regular rescheduling policy in Section 3 still applies unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.


8) Group Sessions / Private Bookings

For confirmed group sessions and private bookings: no refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling once the session is confirmed.


9) Illness (Course-Day Illness)

If a student is ill on the course date, they must email us before the class start time. A reschedule may be considered only if all course requirements are met (including completed online component for Blended Learning courses).
